WANNA LEARN HOW?

Now that you've made it here to the beautiful Pacific Northwest, why not try something new and exciting? Snow sporting can be a lot of fun! The Hui's "Brown's Slidin' Down" program offers pacific islanders the opportunity to try snow sporting, without all the expenses incurred with such an expensive hobby. Most don't have access or the resources to even try it.

Learning to ski or snowboard for the first time can be a bit daunting and frustrating, if you don't have someone who is knowledgeable and experienced to help you through it. Learning the basic and proper mechanics will help to make your first time so much more pleasant! The Hui has some of the most experienced snow sporters, who kokua (help) in providing instruction at our events.

The Hui will provide FREE ski and snowboard lessons, FREE equipment rental usage (skis, ski boots or snowboard and boots, snow pants, jacket and helmet) for a day. You will only be responsible for the cost of your lift ticket. We believe that once you try it ... you'll like it! So come give it a try and jus' slide!
